Try-On Appointment Guidelines

• Each try-on appointment is limited to 30 minutes.
• You may choose to try-on a maximum of 3 items per appointment. These items must be selected prior to your visit.
• Appointments are for one person only. If more than one person plans to try on items, please book a separate slot for each individual.

Yes, we ship worldwide.

We do not offer any rental services.

All of our products are machine embroidered, and professionally hand-tailored.

Adult standard thobe sizes usually run from 1-5.

Due to the nature of our products, all of our sales are final, and we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

We constantly work on getting new products and designs, and our website and social media accounts will be updated accordingly with all the new arrivals.

We offer bulk orders of matching, and different thobes that might not be available in such quantities over our website.

Please contact us with the design/s and color/s your interested in, and we will be happy to guide you through the process of ordering.

The designs that we can custom make have a "custom size ✂️” label underneath it.

Customization is done for an added fee, and a minimum of 5-6 weeks is required for your custom made thobe to be made and shipped.

We can only make custom designs for bulk orders of 10 or more thobes.

We can not make any design that is not posted on our website or social media accounts for any order smaller than 10 thobes.

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number. You can use that number to track your order!

Most of our thobes are made of polyester fabric, with some designs that are either completely, or have certain parts that are made of satin, velvet or chiffon.

Please read the descreption under each product for more information.

Hand-washing your thobe is recommended using cold-lukewarm water and a soft detergent. Hang to air dry, and steam once fully dry to straighten any wrinkles.
