All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique nature of our items and our commitment to ensuring that every customer receives high-quality, new, and unused products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Preorders follow the same no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy, and can NOT be cancelled once placed. Please be aware of the timeline needed and delivery delay specified under each preorder item.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely fulfillment. Therefore:
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled, including pre-orders.
- We do not offer price adjustment once an order is placed.
Please double-check your order before submitting it.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, or you receive the wrong item, please:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- Contact us at 📧 info@thobedresses.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue for faster assistance.
We will evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right.
We are not to be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your package during shipping. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping courier, any issues related to loss, damage, or theft must be addressed directly with the courier.
We will not be able to provide any assistance if more than 48 hours passed since your package was delivered (specified by the tracking number provided) even if the item received was defective or incorrect. No exceptions will be made if the customer was not available to receive or inspect their package in the specified timeframe.
Color Accuracy and Minor Imperfections Disclaimer
We strive to represent our products' colors as accurately as possible by:
- Using professional and neutral lighting during product shoots
- Avoiding filters or image editing on all media shared on our website and social media
However, due to variations in screen types, brightness, and color settings, slight color differences may occur between the product as seen online and in person.
Please note: Color variation is not considered a defect, and we will adhere strictly to our no return or exchange policy, even in such cases.
All of our thobes, abayas, cardigans, and embroidered dresses are machine-embroidered and man-stitched, as a result, some minor embroidery or stitching imperfections might be present, including loose threads, and minor embroidery glitches. This however, should not affect the overall look or quality of our products.
Please note: Minor embroidery or stitching imperfections or not considered a defect, and we will adhere strictly to our no return or exchange policy, even in such cases.
