Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer domestic shipping across the U.S. through USPS and UPS.
Orders are typically processed and shipped:

- Within the same or following business day, and no later than 3 business days from the time of purchase (except preorders).

Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Important Notes:

- Pre-orders: Fulfillment timelines for pre-ordered items will be displayed when selecting the "Preorder" button. The delivery time displayed during checkout does NOT apply to preorder items.

- Shipping Delays/Losses: Once your order is shipped, Thobe Dresses is not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping courier directly for assistance.

- Incorrect Address: Packages are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping address. Thobe Dresses is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us for any reason, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping fees for re-shipment.

- Express & Next-Day Shipping: We offer express and next-day air shipping options. While we will do our best to ship these orders out the same or following business day, we do not guarantee delivery timelines. Any transit delays must be resolved with the shipping courier.

- Last minute and expedited orders: If you are placing a last minute order for an upcoming event, we will ensure prompt handling and shipping of your order. However, delivery time and delays while in transit is something that we do not have control over and could possibly happen. We are not to be held responsible for any delay that happens, and no exceptions to our no return/no refund policy will be made. 


International Shipping

We ship worldwide using UPS and DHL.
Orders are processed and shipped:

- Customs Inspections: Packages shipped via DHL eCommerce may be opened in transit for customs inspection.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us at:

We will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Thobe Dresses is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur to your package during shipping. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping courier, any issues related to damage, loss, or theft must be addressed directly with the courier.

- We unfortunately do not have any control over your package once it’s shipped out, and delays could possibly happen. We are not to be held responsible for any delay or loss that happens.


Preorders

The timeframe needed for preordered items is shown once a preorder size is selected.

Please note that any order containing a preorder item will be shipped once the preorder item is ready for shipping, even if the order contains other items that are ready to ship, those items will not be shipped out separately. 

- Once a preorder item is added to your cart and during the checkout process, an expected shipping time is mentioned. This timeframe (mentioned during the checkout process) is not the actual timeframe. The correct fulfillment timeframe for preorders can be found while on the product page and a preorder size is selected.
